This is elegant cocktail hat with feathers and veil is complete handmade - I have hand blocked the hat and trimmed it with long fine feathers, sinamay loops and birdcage veil. The edge of the pillbox is wired for support and longevity. It attaches to hair with a discrete hat elastic - easily covered by hair, fits any hair style and small flat hair comb on the bottom side.
